<br>The role of Receiving Specialist involves managing, processing, and executing all material movement transactions in an electronic component production environment. This includes handling physical and transactional tasks related to receiving incoming purchase orders, putaways, cycle counts, and resolving invoicing transactions. The position also entails guiding and training Receivers, assigning daily work tasks, and overseeing incoming materials in the Warehouse. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with quality teams on failed material inventory movement, conducting inventory analysis such as cycle counting and resolving inventory discrepancies.<br>

In this role, you will:

Qualifications

            <description><![CDATA[Summary of Job Duties:

<br>Candidate will, under limited supervision, perform a variety of complex technical operations on the production and developmental equipment for the semiconductor and other related industries. Candidate will work on multiple projects and will be required to assemble, integrate, and troubleshoot complex electrical and control systems.<br>

Specific Job Duties:

<ul>
&#9;<li>Using manual common tools, build complex electrical assemblies, including panel layout, cables, and wiring to schematics.</li>
&#9;<li>Perform system wiring and integration of electrical components/modules.</li>
&#9;<li>Perform initial start-up, including voltage checks, I/O checkouts.</li>
&#9;<li>Troubleshoot electrical and control system problems, including PLC, motion control, and I/O subsystems, using PC based software, diagnostic tools, and common measurement tools.</li>
&#9;<li>Interface with Engineering to solve issues related to bill of materials, drawings, schematics, and control system.</li>
&#9;<li>Perform final qualification test of subsystems and systems.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
&#9;<li>Prototyping experience in a production work environment.</li>
&#9;<li>Desired 5 years of experience working as a technician.</li>
&#9;<li>Excellent troubleshooting ability.</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical CAD drawings.</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to learn to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
&#9;<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally, and collaboration abilities.</li>
&#9;<li>May require travel to customer sites to install new equipment, or service existing installed equipment.</li>
&#9;<li>Desired AA degree in electronics, industrial, or electrical.</li>
&#9;<li>Desired experience writing or debugging PLC ladder logic.</li>
&#9;<li>Desired military electrician technical training.</li>
</ul>

Job Description:

<br>As a Principal Hardware Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver mechanical assemblies, including full chassis design for ultra high-performance and power electronic products. In addition, you may provide technical leadership to a small design team. This team will own all aspects of mechanical design, including BOM creation, participation with vendor negotiators, product look and feel, design, development, and validation. With DFM, a critical component of our development. Our cradle to grave lifecycle product development means ownership does not end at product ship. You will help with customer trials, field issues, and product sustaining.<br>

<br>You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of hardware, ASIC, signal, mechanical, thermal, diagnostic, packaging, and manufacturing engineers. In addition, joint development programs may require extensive interaction with partner engineering teams.<br>

Key Qualifications & Experience:

<ul>
&#9;<li>High-powered production enclosures capable of cooling 2kW/RU</li>
&#9;<li>Power and thermal issues associated with PCBs with 1kW footprints</li>
&#9;<li>Proven collaboration with production shops and manufacturing teams to streamline production processes, enhance quality control, and ensure smooth transitions from design to implementation.</li>
&#9;<li>Understanding of relevant US, European, and Asian regulations and standards, ensuring all designs meet safety, environmental requirements.</li>
&#9;<li>Demonstrate lifecycle product ownership of complex products. Participating in a cross-functional team from product inception to volume production</li>
&#9;<li>Work with support groups, including sales, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, customer support, compliance, safety, and sustainability</li>
&#9;<li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 12 years of experience</li>
</ul>
