Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented technical publications specialist to join our team as a contractor, starting on a temporary basis. Our client is an innovator in IC Power Management Solutions. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, proficient in MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint and experienced in graphic designing tools under Adobe Suite such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Data Sheet Creation

   - Utilize MS Word to create and update technical data sheets for our semiconductor products.

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize technical information accurately.

 

2. Technical Publications

   - Develop and maintain technical documentation for a variety of audiences, including engineers, customers, and other stakeholders.

   - Ensure content is clear, concise, and adheres to company standards.

 

3. Graphic Design:

   - Employ Adobe Suite and MS Visio to create visually appealing graphics and diagrams for technical documents, presentations, and website banners.

   - Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex technical concepts into easily understandable visuals.

 

Qualifications:

 

-Extensive Knowledge of MS Word:

  - Proficient in using MS Word to create and format technical documents.

  - Familiarity with advanced features and tools within MS Word.

 

- Graphic Packages - Adobe Suite and MS Visio:

  - Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  - Proficient in using MS Visio for creating technical diagrams and illustrations.

 

- Semiconductor/Tech Background:

  - Preferred background in semiconductor technology or a related field.

  - Understanding of technical concepts related to semiconductor products.

 

- Strong Communication Skills:

  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

  - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of document creation and graphic design.
