Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform supplier audits for new and existing suppliers with cross functional members
Measure supplier performance and drive suppliers to meet or exceed company's quality expectation
Lead and resolve technical issues between suppliers and manufacturing to drive product quality improvement
Conduct periodic supplier system/ process audits and supplier review meetings
Implement quality management plans
Conduct MRB meetings and ensure MRB closure
Attend to customer, manufacturing and field feedback on quality issues

Requirements:

Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Management in Manufacturing Operations and preferably with exposure in equipment build industry
Experience in supplier and part qualification process and conducting supplier reviews on process and/or quality improvements
Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Possess good analytical, quality and problem solving skills and knowledge in various quality tools
Candidate must be a self starter and be able to communicate effectively with all levels
