Responsible for talent acquisition process by sourcing and screening candidates within the professional/technical environment, using both traditional and nontraditional recruiting vehicles.
JOB DUTIES:
- Reviewing and understanding clients’ key business requirements
- Interacting with the customer/client to obtain clarification of and verify technical requirements and related matters
- Analyzing technical requirements and reviewing/verifying the technical ability/credentials/experience of available personnel for optimum fit to the requirements
- Establishing and documenting the fulfillment process to maximize organizational profitability, and providing feedback to management
- Providing necessary guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure maximum productivity
- Seeking and creating new recruitment solutions to increase the effectiveness of the fulfillment process
- Developing business strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration and fulfill requirements
- Providing daily and weekly reports on the recruitment activity to management
- Providing guidance and recommendations on resources and tools for locating/recruiting highly skilled candidates
- Assisting in the interview coordination process with the client and the potential candidate
- Consolidating status reports from recruiters and submitting to management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
U.S. Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Human Resources Management or related field plus two (2) years of relevant, progressive experience is required. (Will accept single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or professional credentials determined by a qualified evaluation service to be equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor degree in the relevant field of study).
Pay Rate: $73,112 - $75,000 per year
