Job Description

Role OverviewAs a full-stack engineer and Dash Enterprise platform owner, you’ll build AI-enabled, data-driven applications and steward the visualization platform that powers them. You’ll partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable services and intuitive UIs that drive measurable business value. 
What You’ll Do
  • Own the platform: Set the roadmap for Dash Enterprise; manage upgrades, governance, and user enablement.
  • Build services: Design and maintain scalable APIs and backend services (Python) that integrate with Azure resources.
  • Ship applications: Develop user-facing Dash apps with reusable components, strong UX, and performance in mind.
  • Collaborate & iterate: Translate requirements, collect feedback, prioritize backlogs, and demo releases to stakeholders.
  • Engineer for quality: Apply SDLC best practices—code reviews, testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure operations.
  • Continuously improve: Evaluate new Dash/Platform features and recommend enhancements that increase adoption and ROI. 
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-stack software engineering with strength in API design and frontend integration.
  • Advanced Python skills and experience building production services.
  • Hands-on with Azure or similar cloud (e.g., ADLS, AKS, DevOps, Entra ID).
  • Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building web applications with Plotly Dash/Dash Enterprise.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of authentication/SSO, role-based access, monitoring, and performance tuning in cloud environments. 
Nice to Have
  • Frontend fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS), data visualization best practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
