Project Coordinator
Job Description
The AI SW TPM team is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the AI engineering
teams on the critical path to launching our robotaxis. AI engineering teams are spread
across Perception, Prediction, and Planning & Controls and are critical to the company’s
mission. You will build reports out of our internal driving metrics that will then be used in
executive presentations to highlight our progress and risks towards milestone
completion. You will also be working directly with TPMs, engineering managers and
directors on these teams to ensure milestone critical work is accurately tracked.
Responsibilities
1. Create driving performance metrics reports by checking internal metrics
dashboards, transcribing these into google sheets, and creating graphs showing
trends
2. Create weekly slides based on various teams’ deliverable progress
3. Organize slide decks for recurring meetings with engineering execs to make sure
that content owners have filled out their slide templates in a timely manner for
review
4. Build and maintain Jira dashboards for tracking engineering teams’ work. Report
out tickets that have not been updated properly
5. Work with appropriate engineers to make sure tickets are up to date
Qualifications
1. Knowledge of common project management tools, especially Jira (2+ years of
experience)
2. Experienced with Looker and Google Sheets
3. Ability to create visualizations of KPIs and program risks (2+ year of experience)
4. Experience preparing reports for engineering execs (slide decks)
5. Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
6. (Bonus) PMP Certification
