Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

This position will work remotely the majority of the time reporting to the VP of Sales.  
 
Responsibilities:  
  • Generate quoting opportunities for electro-mechanical sub-assemblies.  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Network with suppliers
  • Participate in weekly Sales Meetings
  • Develop and implement quarter rolling prospecting strategy
  • Focus on medical device, semiconductor, and other high-tech companies in Silicon Valley
 
Experience:  
  • Proven experience in outside sales.  Desired experience: 5 years of technical sales
  • This is a great opportunity for a technical individual with an outgoing personality.  This position will include a combination of technical skills and problem solving while interfacing with engineers on a regular basis.  
 
Education:  
  • Desired Education: B.S. degree in Engineering.  Candidates with other education with technical skills are encouraged to apply.
