Job Description

Senior Internal Auditor
Pay Rate: $58/hr - $79/hr
Schedule: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
Location: Bay Area (Palo Alto office 3x per week)

Ryzen Solutions is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join the team. You'll be working on-site in Palo Alto three days a week, helping manage our SOX program and internal risk assessments.

What You’ll Do
Run the SOX program: handle testing, validate controls, and keep work-papers organized.
Lead operational audits: dive deep into processes like cash disbursements to find risks.
Get involved with IT projects: we need someone versatile who is ready to learn the technical side.
Lead walkthroughs: work with teams to identify and design key controls.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in internal audit, public accounting, or IT audit.
Knowledge: Solid grasp of SOX requirements, internal controls, and standard accounting practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certification: CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent is a big plus.
Skills: You should be able to work across different departments, communicate findings clearly, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Tools: Experience with Auditboard is preferred.
