Duration: 3–6 Months (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Remote (Palo Alto, CA Hybrid Preferred)
Role Overview
We are looking for an execution-focused Operations Manager to handle the logistics of customer stories and case studies. This isn't about writing the narrative or setting strategy; it’s about making sure the production engine runs smoothly. You’ll manage the "how" and "when" of content delivery.
What You’ll Do
Production Logistics: Handle scheduling, intake, and asset collection. You’ll keep the production pipeline moving and ensure nothing gets stuck in review cycles.
Project Management: Use Asana and shared trackers to own every task. You’ll manage calendars and coordinate between customers, internal teams, and outside agencies.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the glue between Marketing, Design, Video, and Web teams to get assets delivered on time.
Process Maintenance: Keep documentation organized and find ways to make the workflow faster and simpler.
What You Need
5–7+ years in content operations, production coordination, or business ops.
Execution Skills: You can manage complex programs with a lot of moving parts and stakeholders without breaking a sweat.
Attention to Detail: You’re comfortable handling high task volumes and strict version control.
Technical Toolset: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
Background: Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments is a major plus.
Work Schedule & Location
Contract-to-Hire: Initial 3–6 month term with the intent to convert to a full-time placement.
Location: This is a remote role, but we are giving strong preference to candidates near Palo Alto. If you are available for a hybrid schedule and can come into the office, it will definitely give you a leg up.
Flexibility: You may need flexible hours to coordinate with different time zones for stakeholder meetings.
