Job Description

Work Setup: Virtual Flex (1–2 days onsite)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PTRole SummaryOwn the health of service-order data and processes across SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. Monitor/resolve transactional issues, ensure data consistency between systems, and provide responsive support to internal users. We need someone with real hands-on experience in the SAP ECC Customer Service (CS) module—setting up Installed Base (IBase), Equipment, and Functional Locations, with a strong understanding of end-to-end sales/service processes.Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to SAP service orders & notifications (incl. IW73).
  • Analyze and reconcile data between SAP and Microsoft Dynamics; drive tie-offs and root-cause fixes.
  • Establish best practices to improve data consistency and reduce errors.
  • Process SAP customer master changes (Plant, Sales Org, Functional Location, etc.).
  • Maintain accuracy of installed base, equipment records, and other SAP business data.
  • Create and maintain SAP equipment and installed base records.
  • Export, combine, and analyze data from multiple sources; generate actionable insights for business users.
  • Respond promptly to user transactional issues; provide clear guidance within defined business processes.
  • Review and update service process documentation; contribute to training and onboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Service, Ops, IT) to ensure designs meet overall product/process objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders and vendors as needed to support data/process improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • SAP transactional experience; preferably within service orders (e.g., IW73).
  • Hands-on SAP ECC CS experience (IBase, Equipment, Functional Location) and understanding of sales/service processes.
  • Working knowledge of SAP FSM/CS/PM/SD (one or more).
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferably FSM).
  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail; comfortable reconciling data across systems.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills with internal end users.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience maintaining SAP installed base & equipment records.
  • Proven ability to define/document best practices and process standards.
  • Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel/Power Query/Power BI or similar) is a plus.
