We are looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate the operations of our organization. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies
Responsibilities:
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Manage day to day operations of Manufacturing, Packaging and loading of trailer for deliveries
- Warehouse management of finished goods & inventory control of finished goods
- Hiring of manufacturing and packaging employees in partnership with the Plant Manager
- Directing maintenance crew for upkeep of day to day operations
- Housekeeping of the facility and parking areas
- Purchasing of direct and indirect inventory should be transitioned from him to the site leader.
- Inventory control will be managed through your team
- Responsible for safety and compliance training of operations personnel
- Develop, improve & execute written processes in Manufacturing & Packaging operation with the help of VP Engineering
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing in coordination with the Site Leader
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a facility.
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality Control.
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific Powell equipment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
