MIG Steel Welder
Colorado Springs, CO
Full-Time
Ryzen's client has been a leader in designing and manufacturing sign solutions for the transportation and petroleum industries for over 40 years. During these challenging times, they are still hiring! As an essential business, they are currently recruiting an experienced Welder for the day shift.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Pay: $20-$24 per hour.
Summary:
A Welder with Ryzen's client will lay out, fit, and weld/fabricate steel components to assemble structural forms.
While certification is not required, you must pass a welding test and be extremely accurate in reading a tape measure. Professional experience in steel MIG welding is essential.
Job Duties:
Select equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding processes.
Lay out, position, align, and fit components together.
Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure them in position for welding.
Set up equipment and weld parts using MIG welding processes.
Assemble parts by bolting and riveting.
Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.
Perform other duties as assigned.

1 year of professional welding experience.
Experience in MIG steel welding.
Must pass a weld test, background check, and drug test.
Regularly perform tasks that require heavy lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing 50 – 100 lbs. or more off the ground, up and overhead.
