Job SummaryThe Test Engineer will be responsible for reliability testing of OLED components used in consumer electronic devices. This role focuses on executing tests to evaluate lifetime, durability, and performance of OLEDs and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate reliability risks.

Job SummaryThe Test Engineer will be responsible for reliability testing of OLED components used in consumer electronic devices. This role focuses on executing tests to evaluate lifetime, durability, and performance of OLEDs and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate reliability risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute reliability and lifetime testing on OLED components
- Run environmental and stress tests (temperature, humidity, thermal cycling)
- Monitor electrical and optical performance during testing
- Analyze test results to identify failures, degradation trends, and performance drift
- Document test procedures, methodologies, and results
- Support failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Present test data, findings, and reliability risks to cross-functional teams and management; provide clear recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and improve OLED reliability
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in test, validation, or reliability engineering
- Familiarity with lab test equipment and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical findings clearly
- Experience with OLED or display technologies
- Knowledge of optical measurements (brightness, color, uniformity)
- Experience with reliability testing standards
- Basic test automation or scripting experience
