Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.
  • Lead support personnel in detailed design, testing, and prototype fabrication.
  • Provide design specifications and documentation to drafting teams for packaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working in a chemical laboratory environment.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation and analytical techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
