Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging.
- Conduct feasibility studies and testing for new and modified designs.
- Lead and direct support personnel in detailed design work, testing, and prototype fabrication.
- Provide design data and technical direction to drafting teams for packaging and documentation.
- Ensure designs meet performance, quality, and manufacturing requirements.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency with CAD tools (Siemens NX and Autodesk Inventor).
- Working knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink for analysis and modeling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
