Lab Chemist
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 4:30pm (40 hrs/week)
Role SummarySupport advanced engineering and product development by performing chemical sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysis. Maintain high lab readiness through routine calibrations, standards preparation, and adherence to advanced test procedures. ~80% of the workload is service requests from product development engineers.Key Responsibilities

Role SummarySupport advanced engineering and product development by performing chemical sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysis. Maintain high lab readiness through routine calibrations, standards preparation, and adherence to advanced test procedures. ~80% of the workload is service requests from product development engineers.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and run analyses on ICP-MS, TXRF, TOC, IC, and other analytical instruments.
- Generate reports, deliver datasets, and consult with product development teams.
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on analytical equipment.
- Calibrate instruments, prepare standards/reagents, and uphold test procedures/SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a clean, safe, compliant lab environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years operating analytical instruments (e.g., ICP-MS, TXRF, TOC, IC) with hands-on wet chemistry sample prep.
- Demonstrated analytical development and equipment troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated, diligent, and proactive; comfortable on a swing-shift schedule.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience developing/optimizing analytical methods and writing SOPs.
- Familiarity with advanced test procedures and instrument readiness programs.
