Job Description
Job Overview:
This position specifically involves designing, building, testing, and implementing Epic EMR population health solutions, including Epic registries, health maintenance, and pathways, among others. It supports clinical users by understanding clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and industry standards to adapt the software effectively. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with clinicians to develop detailed specifications, such as process flows, risk assessments, and impact analysis. Responsibilities may also include customer service, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of the system.
Ideal Candidate Skills:
Certified in Epic Healthy Planet, Epic Ambulatory, or Epic Clin Doc with at least 3 years solid build and workflow experience.
Work Site:
Local Hybrid (within San Diego Commuting) or 100% Remote (within the United States Only)
Work Schedule:
As noted this position is eligible for 100% remote work within the United States; however, it requires an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Additionally, after three months with the team, the candidate would also be included in our on-call rotation for two weeks at a time.
Pre-Employment Physical Required: If the candidate selected for the position is located outside the San Diego, CA commuting area, they will be required to arrange and complete the pre-employment physical at their own expense.
Pay Rate: $94,400 to $140,000 yearly. The specific salary offer will be dependent on the candidates education and relevant experience in the industry.
