Job Description
|
- Receive, review and process customers’ purchase orders by inputting into the Company’s computer system
- Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary
- Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays
- Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing
- Maintain and adjust inventory records to reflect product movement
- Confer with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace shipments
- Understand vendors / production to prepare & provide PO to appropriate party
- Prepare sales contracts and shipping documents to coordinate for shipment pick-ups
- Understand assigned customers business process and being able to access information, such as EDI, Portal, WOI, etc.
- Manage a database of the assigned customers in customers master file and contact them if necessary
- Monitor to maintain existing sales volume with assigned customers by reviewing Result & Booking Report
- Generate SCL and invoices and related documents, and file those documents
- Understand updated export regulations and logistics
- Collect past dues, and report monthly past dues to other departments and divisions
- Prepare pending reports and shipping reports
- Other duties may be assigned

Education & Work Experience |
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited four year educational institution
- One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication, customer service, and follow up skills
- Excellent phone and e-mail etiquette, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with management
- Willingness to learn and be proactive in nature
- Ability to handle high value clients
- Leadership and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in the operation of Outlook, SAGE, FMP, Excel, Word, Power Point

- General office equipment including phones, fax, copier, calculator, personal computer, and accounting related software.
