This individual will be spearheading the Company’s financial forecasting, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. S/he will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing Operations Review presentations, financial presentations, and other projects requested by senior management. This function acts as the analytical engine of the Finance team to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. This position will report to the Division Controller. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Coordination of the Company’s annual business plan and forecasts, including consolidation, review, and presentation. Includes extensive interaction with Finance Department and Corporate department heads. 

- Preparation and review of customer profitability analyses for new and existing accounts. 

- Preparation and review of in depth analyses of overall company sales, margins and operating expenses. 

- Responsible for key weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, variance and trending analysis. 

- Analyze actual results; and draft prepare Company’s MD&A and review of supporting schedules. 

- Prepare and assess forecasts, budgets and long-range plans. 

- Participation in analyses required in connection with acquisitions and other profit enhancing projects. 

- Response to non-routine and ad-hock requests for financial information and analyses. 


- 2-4 years related of experience, preferably in the FP&A department. 

- Public Large-size company experience, preferably experience with a publicly-held company. 

Minimum educational level: 

- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent. 

- MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA a plus. 


- Strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking abilities. 

- Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal). 

- Excellent organization skills and demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines. 

- Ability to adapt quickly and work on new tasks independently. 

- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel. 

- Modeling, macro, and Visual Basic programming, preferred.
