Job Description:

  • Create quotes, open order reports, forecasts, expense reports, make travel arrangements, answer phone calls and manage office and supplies.
  • Effective quote and lead follow up process.
  • Support Regional/Area Sales Manager(s) by maintaining Regional/Area forecasting, budget and expense reporting.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction through proactive customer support such as checking priority orders, returns, and loaned equipment.
  • Improve sales related processes.
  • Special projects that may be assigned.

Required Skills:

  • High School/GED
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office
  • 2 years office experience
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Professional verbal/written skills
  • Ability to deal with confidential material

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Excel
  • Customer Relationship Mgmt Software i.e. NetSuite
  • Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes
  • 3 yrs Sales Support Experience
  • 2 years college
