Description
Reporting to VP of Sales Western USA and LATAM, the Account Manager is responsible for growing the company’s existing business in select accounts in the region.  The select account list is comprised of large accounts located mostly in Portland, Washington and California (measured in yearly company revenue).  The Account Manager’s primary internal success metric is year-over-year revenue growth.  The Account Manager is expected to spend a significant portion of his/her time at client sites working directly with existing and new client teams.
 
Responsibilities
External Responsibilities:
 
Meet and exceed yearly revenue targets on select company West Coast accounts,
Uncover, identify and qualify new business opportunities,
Serve as the company’s main POC for any pre-sale activity and own the account-level relationship with the client,
Build and maintain strong client relationships; understand clients’ business challenges, gain trust, propose solutions and ultimately ensure clients’ success with company services and products,
Drive deals and Close
Internal Responsibilities:
 
Works with company Project Management Office to ensure alignment between contract and actual deliverables.
Works with company Pre-Sales Team, communicate high-level requirements, budget/scope expectations, coordinate technical meetings between company and the client teams on new opportunities, and present company solutions,
Work with company Resourcing Team to provide visibility on client’s needs and business opportunities,
Manage pipeline and forecast using company CRM (Salesforce),
Develop yearly and quarterly account based forecasts.
Requirements
Requirements:
 
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology or related field
Minimum 3 years of consultative experience in selling test solutions and technology services
The ideal candidate is:
Able to make decisions to make forward process in situations with uncertainty.
Ability to work with ambiguity is a must.
Previous role as a part of a delivery team is a big plus
Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
