This is a Sales Manager position focused on solution selling to new accounts. The ideal candidate must have a strong consultative solution sales background and be capable of selling direct to customers in conjunction with channel partner and resellers.


We are seeking an individual interested in making an impact in selling our company retail Solution to acquire new customers in US and grow generating revenue with projects and sustainable service. Sales Manager needs to have proven records of selling solutions to enterprise customers in Retail and similar vertical industries with expertise on enterprise customer’s business problems to solve, current IT environment, existing partners, decision making & procurement process. Understanding and knowledge of solutions stack including hardware, software, platform and services as a whole to sell project and service is required.


Network and experience to make growth by increasing customer base rapidly while increasing sales to the existing customer with cross/up sell and ongoing services such as maintenance service are plus expected. Proven sales records and creativity to make joint offerings with partners to enterprise customer are plus.

As a consultative, client-facing, sales professional, you must be self-motivated, ready to interact daily with a variety of other smart and highly motivated people in Samsung including product teams in Korea, and work in a changing environment where no two days are ever the same.





  • Reaching and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets of Nexshop Retail Solution and Services.
  • Manage and close sales opportunities through accurate forecasting, account and opportunity planning, account resource allocation and opportunity management.
  • Establish and maintain key account and channel partner relationships.
  • Drive direct sales and indirect sales as a part of one our company offerings working with our company Electronics and its partner eco-system.
  • As a solution sales manager, learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Nexshop Retail Solution working with product manager to lead pre-sales activities independently.
  • Identify and recruit partners to sell joint offerings to meet end customers’ requirement.
  • Need to develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries, competitors product/services and price.



Mandatory Skills:


  • Experiences and proven records in selling direct and through/with channel partners. (7+ years)
  • Proven track record selling marketing/analytics/business intelligence and/or similar solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Confident, assertive, great attitude, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter



Better: (if they have) – Experience selling projects through all sales cycle of multiple software, hardware, consulting/professional services and post-delivery services.


Best: (if they have) – Experience as a key account manager to work with end-customer’s full IT/marketing spending project life-cycle to have stable and sizable business opportunities while developing new accounts to expand the pipelines
