* Project manage multiple system production from receipt of order to customer sign off

* Develop a comprehensive schedule that covers production planning, material procurement, master

scheduling, field start up, identify critical milestones and bottle necks, and work with multi-functional

team to execute the plan

* Production project management

* Work with Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain Management to obtain the parts necessary for

production, release them to Manufacturing, and address related issues such as shortage and defective


* Work with Manufacturing team to monitor production progress, report issues, and work with multi-

functional team to resolve them

* Work with customer service team to monitor field installation progress, report issues and resolve them

* Be the interface with customers to update production progress and address their concerns

* As a team player: Own the Big Picture … and do whatever is required to make the company successful

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high tech, capital equipment manufacturing environment mandatory

* Thorough understanding of broad business practices including Production Management, Process Control &

Quality Management Tools, Advanced Manufacturing Strategies, Continuous Improvement and Lean Tools,

5S, Cost Management & Budget Reporting, and Leadership development

* Knowledge of typical hardware BOMs, process documentation, change control, assembly and test processes

* Direct knowledge and experience in multiple aspects of system hardware operations

* Creativity and excellent analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem solving, planning and strategic skills

* High energy and enthusiasm, ability to make difficult decisions, able to motivate and lead others

* Able to lead a 24/7 operation and to provide input and decision making as part of the escalation process

* Strong interpersonal skills, innovative thinking and sound judgment

* Excellent ability to write, speak and present information effectively

* Experience working directly with contract manufacturers is a strong plus

* Expertise and experience working in ISO9001 environments
