Job Function

- Drive highly visible, strategic and cross functional projects that have the potential to create tremendous value across Finance, HR and Supply Chain domain

- Lead a team of IS resources by assigning and monitoring tasks, prioritizing, and optimizing implementation efforts.

- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing recommendations

- Insure the successful completion of assigned projects by managing Project plans, Scope documents, Budgets, Business Requirements, Technical requirements, Training Materials, Transition Documentation, Stakeholder Communications, and Support plans

- Ensure project schedules, risks and issues are being maintained. Ensure resource assignments are clear, well understood, and up-to-date Coordinate dependencies, critical path items, and resource allocations across projects

- Coordinate with the Infrastructure, Network , Server as well as other IT teams, for communication efforts as well as project execution efforts

- Responsible for defining the goal and direction of the Business Systems operations including analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation.

- Responsible for managing a core functional team of IS professionals to deliver on project deadlines, issue resolution, and run-the-business operations while monitoring performance and personnel development.

- Assists Business System Directors and/or leadership with understanding and implementing both technical and process standards in support of operational needs and departmental budget planning and management.

- Works collaboratively with outside vendors


Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Experience: 5+ years business systems operations, Production Support, Implementations and Upgrade experience in HR, Supply Chain and Financial Systems ( Preferably PeopleSoft). Experience with PeopleSoft Integration tools (using PeopleTools 8.53 or higher) like Integration Broker in building real-time and batch interfaces with other PeopleSoft and non-PeopleSoft systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Exceptional problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills

- Experience managing ERP Development Lifecycles

- Strong technical skills including developing PeopleSoft upgrade paths (including Tools).

- Capable of building strong relationships up, down, and sideways in the organization

- Prior business projects including business workflows and process flow implementations

- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time

- Ability in resolving Service Requests (SR) through Unit, System, Integration, and User Acceptance, test phases

- Strong analytical, solution design and process design skills

- Strong communication skills with ability to clearly explain complex issues to a range of audiences

- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
