This is a full-time regular role that works normal business hours (e.g., 9am to 5pm). 

Skills and Responsibilities: 

  • Provides advanced IT support to our Company and employees  
  • Has excellent IT infrastructure skills (e.g. networking solutions, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and cloud)  
  • Provides excellent technical knowledge of and solutions for desktops, laptops, printers and network infrastructure  
  • Configures laptops for new hires.  
  • Provides basic A/V support in conference rooms  
  • Documents and updates IT processes, while trying to find holes in them  
  • Has familiarity with using a ticketing system to manage and solve IT issues (e.g., JIRA)  
  • Provides on-site user and technical training when needed.  
  • Provides proactive system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for the Microsoft Windows Server, Desktop and Company network environments  
  • Supports Exchange Server 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of broad and deep IT/Desktop Support/IT Infrastructure experience (not just level 1 desktop support  from a large Co)  
  • Deep expertise in PC environments  
  • Experience in Mac and Linux environments  
  • Microsoft Exchange experience  
  • VPN  
  • Proactive  
  • Strong customer service skills  
  • Ability to excel in a high growth company with minimal day to day supervision  
  • Critical thinking skills with problem-solving abilities  
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
