ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned as necessary):

 

  1. Will be responsible for digitally building product using 3D Computer Aided Design.

  2. Follows procedural check-list and inspects work to ensure the design is meeting specification

  3. Works in a GMP environment and be able to document their work. Signs/dates documentation to verify completion of setup procedures.

  4. Records details of work and completes required portions of manufacturing records to ensure traceability of each finished product lot. Assists supervisor and/or lead with inventory control issues.

  5. Provides status updates on work orders, R&D requests, and rework

  6. Assists in training new technicians.

  7. Participates in process improvement projects

  8. Performs basic machining activities

  9. Develops and maintains department metrics

  10. Cleans workstations/equipment and performs line clearance per documented procedures.

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Ability to solve problems using structured methods.

  • Attention to detail in process characterization and documentation.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Background or Degree in relevant field.

  • 2 Years of experience utilizing 3D modeling software; Surfacing tools preferred such as Rhino, zBrush, GeoMagic Studio, 3Shape, Also relevant, AutoCAD, Solidworks,

  • 2 Years of experience in 3D Printing preferred

  • Medical device experience preferred

  • Start-up company experience preferred
