• Utilize CTO (Configure to Order) models to plan supply to maximize our ability in response to changing market demand. 
• Monitor trends impacting demand forecast accuracy. Develop and implement corrective action plans in response to significant variances to plan. Will proactively communicate actionable items driving variances 
• Ensure effective monthly demand plan is in place across all regions/sites to identify and resolve significant and/or critical supply-demand imbalances. 
• Build optimization scenarios (demand and capacity balancing; new supplier / market introduction) as input to the budget process. 
• Enhance the Sales and Operations planning processes to ensure robust systems of evaluation and control; develop or enhance regular reporting mechanisms which will give operating information relevant to performance against plans. 
• Manage development and integration projects related to Business Operations in – forecasting, demand planning & order commit process using advanced supply chain tools. 
• Analyze, maintain, and report available to promise, on time delivery, and constrained backlog data. 
• Establish / maintain processes to assure the early/timely identification of factors and events leading to impactful changes in demand projections. 
• Configure system master data settings and options to meet business requirements. 
• Management of inventory targets and excess and obsolete (E&O) with Product Management to optimize revenue. 
• Regional conduit between Customer Service/Sales and supply chain for order fulfillment.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant supply, purchasing, demand planning, or other statistical analysis roles. 
• Preferred experience in globally sourced and distributed products 
• Experience with SAP business systems 
• Experience with Demand Solutions or similar forecasting tool

Education and qualifications:

• BS/BA required, 
• Studies in supply chain management, statics, or mathematics preferred
