Position Summary 

This company is looking for a email marketing and demand generation superstar to join our rapidly expanding commercial marketing team. We are looking for someone who can who can drive demand, produce quality content, thrives in analytics, and speak the language of MQLs and QSLs.  

The Email Marketing Manager position is a key role with a primary focus of driving demand generation strategy across digital, database marketing and email marketing. 

The perfect candidate will be able to understand what makes customers use and run the company, get inside the mind of the different personas, understand what customers want to achieve, and how we can best support that. The number one goal for our Email Marketing Manager is to build campaigns that will grow our sales funnel.  

Responsibilities 

  • Design, plan, and manage multi-channel integrated campaigns that reach developers, product owners and decision markers.  
  • Drive digital campaigns, database marketing, and oversee an elaborate email marketing program.  
  • Oversee reporting and analytics with an eye on continuously increasing the number of MQL’s while improving cost of customer acquisition.  
  • Manage day to day digital demand generation programs which target developers, product owners and decision markers.  
  • Oversee database marketing.  
  • Write compelling copy for drip campaigns and oversee entire email marketing program.  
  • Manage demand generation budget that meets and exceeds the company's goals for MQL’s.  
  • Define and optimize KPI’s; build daily, weekly and monthly reports across all demand generation channels. 

Required Skills, Experience and Competencies 

  • Advanced experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics;  
  • In-depth knowledge of SalesForce.com and Marketo is a must;  
  • Demonstrate advanced email marketing experience;  
  • Working knowledge of Adobe AI is preferred;  
  • 3+ years in lead generation;  
  • 3+ years producing content;  
  • Experience working with WordPress is preferred;  
  • Strong project management experience is a must;  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong presentation skills;  
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;
