Key Qualifications
-Professional experiences in software development and/or instrumentation.
-Experience in software development with Objective-C/C/C++/Python.
-Embedded development experience specifically related to motor and control interaction is desired.
-Matlab experience is preferred.
-Good understanding or industry experiences in one or more of the following areas ids desired : Camera Technology (optics, sensor fabrication etc), Camera, Optics, and Sensor Technologies, Imagine Processing, Data Analysis, and Algorithm Development.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills; clear communication with cross-functional teams.
-Experiences with large quantity data statistics, analysis and manipulation with tools such as JMP, Origin etc. MATLAB experiences is also very beneficial but not required.
-Great attitude towards stepping into uncharted technology space and work hard to deliver solutions in a timely fashion.
-The willingness and ability to travel to Asia is required.

-Define, develop and maintain software platform that can be used for multiple projects. - Collaborate with different teams to create and document any software specification.
-Design a software system that can take the units, parameters, instrumentation and environment into account.
-Interact cross functionally with technology leads to successfully deploy and validate software solution in factory.
-Bring up, debug and mature the software system during NPI cycle.
-Develop robust software that will include error handling.
-Work with software build systems in term of applications distribution.
-Implement version control system to keep track on all the software changes.

 Additional Requirements
Familiarity with software development process and revision control systems is a plus. Conversational Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
