Tech Support Admin:
- Provide technical support for participants in-person, over the phone and via email
- Maintain a thorough, shared record of all interactions and support provided
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence with participants via phone and email
- Assist with in-person study sessions as needed
- Administer in-person training sessions with study participants as needed
- Assist with distribution of electronic surveys to participants, review survey responses and other feedback, follow-up as needed
- Assist with study session setup and breakdown as needed
- Assist with development of instructional materials as needed
- Assist with program recruitment and scheduling of study appointments as needed
- Assist with study supply and device inventory management as needed
