Customer Service Specialist
    Manage customer accounts to include service before, during and after the sale 
Serve as primary contact for all customer issues 
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, Manufactures Representatives and Sales Managers 
Build relationships via telephone and e-mail 
Handle multiple activities simultaneously (incoming calls, order entry, credit issues etc.) 
Work closely with Production, Planning and Logistics to plan product shipments 
High volume of sales order entry with minimum number of errors 
Assist customers in product selection, purchase, and freight assignment 
Proactive communication on pending orders, shipping, product management issues, credit issues etc. 
Communication of product availability, pricing, terms and conditions, and order status 
Handle delicate issues with customer accounts and credit department

Ideal Background    Successful work history as a Customer Account Coordinator/Service Representative/Sales Support
Education    BS/BA degree required (Business or equivalent)
Professional Skills & Competencies    Excellent verbal and written skills 


Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office, E-Mail, Excel, Word
