 In this role, you will guide development teams for multiple high-profile projects. In addition, you will directly interface with product owners, software technical leaders, developers, user experience and design, operations, compliance/quality, clinical, and regulatory stakeholders to develop innovative and market-defining leading digital health products. But it doesn’t end there. Here’s a summary of this great opportunity:
•           Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum best practices
•           Remove roadblocks to ensure the team delivers on-time
•           Ensure the team follows established processes and advocate for improving processes when necessary
•           Organize and facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, demos, daily standups, and other project related activities
•           Identify, manage and mitigate risks, impediments, and dependencies
•           Interface with engineering leadership, clinical affairs stakeholders, regulatory affairs stakeholders, product managers, third party vendors, product management, and operations in support of software projects
•           Coordinate and communicate plan, budget changes, project progress and critical path to team members, team leaders, managers and stakeholders
•           Make sure the team lives by the values and practices of Agile Scrum
•           Work with a team of Scrum Masters and Agile Coach to build proficiency and consistency in executing scrums for all teams across engineering and product development organizations

•           Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
•           4+ years of experience playing the Scrum Master role with high performing Scrum teams
•           Open and transparent communication style, willing to surface and champion the tough issues
•           Ability to understand and communicate the big picture, and work with attention on details when needed
•           Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and organizational skills and the ability to influence across the organization
•           Strong conflict resolution skills
•           Strong Agile Kanban/Scrum process-orientation skills
•           Experience using Agile backlog management tool(s), preferably JIRA
•           Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and with multiple disciplines
•           Self-motivated, goal orientated, quality driven, and capable of working independently with little supervision
•           Superb verbal and written communication skills
•           Excellent organizational skills along with strong attention to detail
•           Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with small, cross-functional teams
•           Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
