Job Description

he Receiving Data Analyst  is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and goods receipts for the Zoox Logistics Team.  This individual will act as a liaison between the Logistics Inventory Planning Team and the Logistics Warehouse team.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform Goods Receipts in Coupa for incoming part shipments at time of arrival by matching the correct PO and PO line shipped against. Identify and correct receiving errors in Ariba.

  • Cross functional work with Suppliers, Procurement and Material Planning to ensure shipping paperwork is accurate.

  • Processing internal customers Jira requests for parts by ensuring compliance with pre-approved testing allocations. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of data entry or related experience

  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.

  • Strong attention to detail.
