We are looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic, positive, team player, open-minded and new challenge seeking Engineer with a background in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Science . Ideal candidate will need to have a Bachelor's degree with prior manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial environment and experience in Lean or Six Sigma.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve production issues by determining the cause of manufacturing defects or failures and making recommendation to correct and resolve the problems.

  • Reviewing and suggesting design, process or equipment changes.

  • Set up manufacturing procedures; resolving customer's complaints.

  • Initiate and manage capital equipment projects; specifying and implementing new manufacturing equipment.

  • Scale-up new product for manufacturing.

  • Provide leadership and direction to individuals and multi-functional teams in identifying, planning and implementing Lean/Six-Sigma initiatives.

  • Identify and implement key Lean/Six-Sigma metrics, estimating financial impact of projects, providing follow-up, updates and reports to management.

  • Provide basic Lean/Six-Sigma training in support of planned events, such as Kaizen.

  • Utilize team-based approach to elicit employee participation in the development of systems that improve the business.


  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related Science. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Prior experience in an industrial environment.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and encourage cultural change.

  • Must have hands-on experience with continuous improvement techniques in Lean and Six Sigma.

  • Must also have a proven record of achieving cost savings and measurable operational improvements.

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels of the organization.
