Job Description

As a leader to the Sales Administration and Customer Service Team, the Manager oversees and directs all daily functions of sales administration and customer service, including: sales quotes, customer service, order entry and scheduling carrier traffic and logistics. Managing a department of four CSR's the manager will direct each of the staff to ensure our customers receive answers to their questions and solutions to their problems while working closely with Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Production and Manufacturing. The manager will interface directly with dealers, sales reps, consultants, chefs and restaurant owners, they may and enter quotes (using AutoQuotes) as well as enter / facilitate and update orders of our premier equipment. They maintain continuous communication in coordinating the sales build and manufacturing process from quoting and order entry to shipping and delivery.




  • College degree with a minimum of 3+ years experience in supervisory or management position
  • Experience in manufacturing, food service equipment preferred.
  • Background in inside sales/customer service capacity helpful
  • Strong professional communication skills which includes Speaking and Writing in English
  • Ability to multi-task is essential as well as shift direction as needed
  • Must be proficient in pc data entry and keyboard skills.


  • This is a F/T, non-exempt position working on day shift, hours generally are 8:00am- 5pm.

  • Paid time off includes 11 paid holidays per year, sick time and 2 wks vacation after the first year.
