We are seeking an Epicor Developer/Tech Support person to join our dynamic team of industry leading experts.  We have just implemented an upgrade from Epicor 9.05 to version 10.1 on a multi-site/multi-company environment. We are also working on a full implementation for additional sites. The Epicor developer will support the current environment as well as the additional implementations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Epicor system administration tasks
  • Liaison with Epicor support and/or implementation partner
  • Efficiently create programs, reports, dashboards, and BPMs to support needs of the organization
  • Build Epicor reports through queries or SSRS reports
  • Support legacy Crystal reports, and uplifting them into SSRS reports
  • Provide training and support to Epicor end-users for a range of modules in a manufacturing environment
  • Document and test all software modifications
  • May provide backup assistance for general IT support
  • Non frequent travel may be required 

Skills and qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience:

  • Epicor tech support, at least 1 year in Epicor 10
  • Epicor customizations, BPMs, BAQs, reports, and dashboards
  • Development in Microsoft SQL Server environment
  • Experience with Visual Studio, C#, Crystal Reports and SSRS
  • Expertise of Epicor table structures and data usage
  • Ability to quickly develop detailed understanding of the business’ operations to ensure solutions are consistent with business needs
  • Must have the ability to communicate with company employees on their varying technical or non-technical level of system understanding
