Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Enter employee training record information into training database and maintain employee training record files. This includes new employee training and ongoing employee training.

Enter Inspection Data Sheet information into supplier database and file Inspection Data Sheets in IQA part number files.

Assist in release and filing of ECO documentation including preparation of new part number folders, obsolete part number folders, and copies for the Manufacturing Methods binders on the production floor. Create new IQA part number files for newly released component part numbers.

Support filing and maintenance of complaint, NCMR, Deviation, and rework records.

Maintain approved supplier files and approved consultant files.

Assign and enter new part numbers into the part number database.

Assist Document Control Specialist in other Document Control activities as applicable.

Provide administrative and word processing support as requested.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties:

File receiving reports for Materials.

• Print documents for distributor training.

Experience, Education, Training, and Skills

Excellent computer database entry and maintenance skills.

Document control experience desirable.

Quality assurance experience desirable.

Good interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to perform work tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Computer and Software Skills

• Strong computer skills; proficient in Excel, Word, MS Access, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, file manipulation

Language and Verbal Skills

• Individual must have good verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Math Skills

No specific math skills are required for this position.

Analytical and Reading Skills

Demonstrated competence to read and clearly understand procedures.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to perform lifting tasks of up to 25 pounds for short durations. Duties of this job may involve sitting,

standing and/or walking for extended periods of time. Duties also involve daily keyboard data entry. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Must be able to reach with arms and hands, use hands to finger, handle and feel.

Work Environment

Most work will be performed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
