SUMMARY

Under minimal direction and supervision, follows applicable procedures to build complex medical devices. Participates as a team member generating and maintaining complete documentation necessary for assigned project tasks.

 ESSENTIADUTIEANRESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities wilinclude:

  • Assembly of subassemblies and final assemblies in accordance with GMP.

  • Identifying and reporting any product quality problems.

  • Controlling further processing of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.

  • Initiating and recommending action to prevent the occurrence of product nonconformity.

  • Initiating, recommending, or providing solutions for problems as they arise. Assist with and verify the implementation of solutions.

KNOWLEDGANSKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Assemble subassemblies and assemblies per written directions in accordance with GMP.

  • Experience using handheld precision measurement equipment (calipers, drop gage, etc.).

  • Expertise building complex disposable Medical Devices.

  • Maintain device history records.

  • Report out of specification conditions to supervisor.

  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

  • Comply with written company policies and procedures.

  • Perform testing and record data per written procedures and verbal instructions.

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma.

  • Basic math skills
