    • Own your numbers - hit your ramp-up goals and start targeting and closing strategic accounts
    • Work closely with SDR’s in helping them qualify leads according to Tempo's target criteria
    • Expertly run demos for executives or founders
    • Improve and mature processes to support a fast growing sales team
    • Take initiative to help marketing convert their efforts into leads for the sales team
    • Put on your investigative hat and use all available tools and data sources to research important details about leads
    • Help guide our design, engineering, product teams towards revenue-generating features


About you

    • 3+ years of demonstrated sales experience selling to Enterprise level clients ideally within a electrical engineering, hardware, or related environment
    • Exceptional listener who understands how to connect with key decision makers
    • Passionate about hardware and technology and keeping updated on emerging industry trends
    • Highly competitive, goal-oriented, motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed goals
    • Salesforce experience is a plus
